About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Cluster Manager – EBO to manage and drive the performance of multiple Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs) across Delhi NCR.
The Cluster Manager will be responsible for achieving cluster sales targets, driving store profitability, improving customer experience, developing store teams, and ensuring consistent execution of BIBA's retail standards across all stores.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Performance
- Own the overall sales and business performance of the assigned cluster.
- Drive achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Analyse store-wise performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Drive Like-to-Like (LTL) growth, productivity and conversion across stores.
- Develop action plans for underperforming stores and ensure timely execution.
- Monitor key business metrics including Sales, ATV,



ASP, UPT, Conversion and Footfall.

2. Store Operations
- Ensure smooth and efficient operations across all EBOs.
- Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure compliance with company SOPs.
- Ensure adherence to visual merchandising, grooming, customer service and operational standards.
- Monitor stock availability, replenishment, stock ageing and inventory accuracy.
- Ensure effective execution of current launches, promotions, VM changes and seasonal campaigns.

3. Team Management & Development
- Manage and develop Store Managers and retail teams across the cluster.
- Set clear performance targets and monitor individual/team productivity.
- Conduct regular reviews and performance discussions with Store Managers.
- Coach teams on customer service, selling skills and business performance.
- Identify high-potential employees and develop them for future leadership roles.
