About the
Role

We are
looking for a highly motivated and self-driven Program / Project Manager who
thrives in a rapid-paced environment and takes complete ownership of their work.
This individual will serve as the connective tissue across multiple business
functions — gathering data, building insights, creating compelling
presentations, and driving alignment with senior leadership. You will be




expected to work independently, proactively manage timelines, and consistently
deliver high-quality outputs without requiring supervision or follow-ups.

Key
Responsibilities
- end-to-end Reporting, MIS, and Workforce
Management activities.
- Prepare
daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reports for leadership.
- Develop
advanced Excel dashboards, KPI scorecards, productivity reports, and
executive MIS reports.
- Perform
workforce forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling, resource planning,
and utilization analysis.
- Analyze
large datasets to identify business trends, risks, productivity gaps, and
improvement opportunities.
- Validate
data accuracy before publishing reports or presenting insights to
stakeholders.
- Automate
recurring reports and improve reporting efficiency using advanced Excel
capabilities.
