Job Description:

Company: Leading Manufacturer in Delhi

Title: E-Commerce Manager Location: Delhi

Office Timings: 10 AM – 7 PM (Day Shift, 6 Days Working)

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize product listings on e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, JioMart, Nykaa, Myntra, IndiaMART, Meesho, etc.

• Oversee product uploads, catalog management, and order processing to ensure smooth operations.

• Monitor and maintain inventory levels across different platforms to prevent stockouts or overstocking. • Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance product visibility and increase sales.

• Work on SEO, PPC campaigns, and promotions to drive traffi c and improve rankings.

• Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to optimize product performance.

• Handle customer queries, returns,



and complaints to ensure a seamless customer experience.

• Coordinate with internal teams for product availability, pricing updates, and promotional activities.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in e-commerce management.

• Skills: Solid knowledge of product listing, order fulfi llment, inventory management, and digital marketing.

• Technical Profi ciency: Understanding of SEO, PPC, and data analytics tools to enhance product visibility.

• Qualifi cation: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related fi eld is preferred.

• Other Requirements: Ability to multitask, problem-solving skills, and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
