Security Monitoring and Incident Response:
Perform 24/7 Operational Support on Securonix
Security Event Monitoring
Incident prioritization and alerting/notification
Ticketing and case management
Incident Response and Resolution
Collaboration with other stakeholders and teams for incident resolution
SLA Tracking and Reporting
Major Incident handover and SOP for all process.
Root Cause analysis - Threat Hunting and major incident management
Use Case addition, recommendation, improvement, automation.
Emergency response for declared incident, Simulation and during stress testing
Prepare Asset Inventory, Escalation Metrics, RACI document.
Assessment, roadmap for fixing GAP captured.
Log source integration review and Data management.
Overview about Customer Infra and its Business.
Flexibility ( About Shift , Roster and availability )
Office Decorum and professionalism
Operational Activities (Weekly, Daily and Monthly task overview)
Run through the monitoring dashboard and on job activities.
