Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists, providing guidance, performance management, and ensuring the team meets hiring targets and KPIs.

• Strategy Development: Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to the semiconductor industry, focusing on attracting top talent for niche roles such as DFT engineers, chip designers, and process engineers.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal departments and external clients to understand hiring needs, workforce planning, and project timelines, ensuring alignment with business goals.

• Pipeline Management: Oversee the development of talent pipelines, building a strong network of potential candidates to meet future staffing needs.

• Performance Monitoring: Set, track, and report on team performance metrics, including time-to-hire, quality of hire, and candidate satisfaction.

• Candidate Experience: Ensure a high-quality candidate experience from initial contact through to onboarding,



maintaining robust relationships with top-tier talent in the semiconductor sector.

• Market Insights: Stay current with semiconductor industry trends, talent availability, and competitive market conditions to advise clients and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.

• Operational Efficiency: Oversee the use of recruitment tools, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and other technologies to streamline and optimize the recruitment process.

• Budget Management: Manage recruitment budgets, ensuring cost-effective hiring without compromising on quality.

Requirements
Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in technical recruitment, with a focus on VLSI, semiconductor, or related industries. Must be able to handle a team of 5-10 people and get the desired output

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
