We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to join our Admissions & Outreach team. The role involves counseling prospective students and their parents, managing the entire admissions process, and supporting institutional enrollment goals.

The ideal candidate should be passionate about education, possess a friendly and approachable demeanor, and have a proven track record in student counseling or admissions in the higher education sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for student and parent inquiries (walk-ins, calls, emails, online platforms)
- Provide accurate and detailed information about academic programs, eligibility, admission criteria, fee structure, scholarships, and career pathways.
- Conduct personal counseling sessions to guide students in making informed academic and career decisions.
- Follow up proactively with leads and maintain detailed communication logs in admissions management systems.




- Collaborate with outreach teams in planning and executing admission campaigns, education fairs, school visits, webinars, and open houses.
- Coordinate and assist with the application process, documentation, eligibility checks, and interview scheduling.
- Support the onboarding process, including orientation programs and communication with enrolled students.
- Maintain an up-to-date record of application statuses, conversion rates, and admission trends, and submit timely reports to the management.
- Provide feedback to improve marketing and admissions strategies based on student queries and feedback.

Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in admissions, counseling, or student support services in an academic institution or education consultancy.
