Associate Content Technical Specialist:

Associate Content Technical Specialist would be involved in the end-to-end content lifecycle, including content acquisition, system-based content preparation, online content delivery, and post-publication functionality validation. Brings at least 1.5 years of experience in XML-based applications, DTD development, coding, incident management, and monitoring tools.

About the Role:
- Production Operations and Process Improvements: Contributes to the seamless implementation of production schedules and active production content cycles. Provides inputs for automation and streamlining opportunities to enhance process efficiency.
- Task Management and Problem Solving: Prioritizes tasks effectively, maintaining focus amidst multiple assignments and deadlines to consistently deliver high-quality work. Detail-oriented with valuable analysis and problem-solving skills, both individually and in team environments.




- Team Collaboration and Technical Proficiency: Works effectively with team members, other departments, and virtual or off-site vendors, adhering to organizational guidelines and policies.
- Problem Resolution and Process Development: Troubleshoots issues related to information conversion for workflows or product development enhancements.
- Documentation and Best Practices: Reviews documentation, instruction manuals, and checklists for workflows and tasks from a currentness perspective.

About You:
- Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of experience in E-publishing, Ticketing systems and XML coding.
- Technical Proficiency: Good XML (coding, DTD) knowledge is a must, Knowledge of MS office s/w and service monitoring tools would be an added advantage
- Candidate should be flexible to work in rotational shifts with rotational week-offs.
- Knowledge: XML, DTD, ServiceNow, monitoring tools, incident management, MS Office tools.
