We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Property Manager / Leasing Manager with 5–7 years of relevant experience to oversee the day-to-day operations of residential and/or commercial properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tenant relations, property upkeep, financial management, and ensuring compliance with legal and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Tenant Relations:

Act as the primary contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests while ensuring a positive tenant experience and adherence to lease agreements.

Financial Oversight:

Manage rent collection, track income and expenses, prepare budgets, and generate financial reports for property owners and stakeholders.

Property Maintenance:

Schedule and conduct routine property inspections, coordinate timely repairs, and ensure that all facilities meet safety and quality standards.

Lease Management:

Handle lease documentation including new leases, renewals, and terminations,



ensuring all paperwork is accurate and up to date.

Vendor Coordination:

Manage third-party service providers, negotiate service agreements, and ensure timely and productive delivery of maintenance and operational services.

Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure all properties are compliant with local regulations, building codes, health and safety standards, and legal requirements.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- 5-7 years of experience in property management or real estate operations.
- Strong knowledge of lease agreements, building maintenance, and tenant relations.
- Familiarity with property management software and tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
