ServiceNow Technical Manager2Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Manager to lead and drive end-to-end ServiceNow solution delivery. The role demands solid technical expertise, leadership in managing teams, and the ability to align platform capabilities with business goals. The individual will also be responsible for mentoring developers, overseeing project execution, and ensuring governance, quality, and scalability of the ServiceNow ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of ServiceNow developers, administrators, and architects.
- Define and implement best practices, standards, and governance across ServiceNow projects.
- Oversee solution design, development, integration, and deployment of ServiceNow modules.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Drive hiring, training, and upskilling initiatives within the ServiceNow team.
- Ensure compliance with SLAs, performance KPIs, and security standards.
- Provide thought leadership on platform enhancements,



upgrades, and roadmap planning.
- Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular status reporting to leadership.

Required Skills & Experience:
- 12+ years of IT experience with at least 8+ years in ServiceNow platform delivery.
- Minimum 4 yrs of solid hands-on experience in ServiceNow platforms with excellent communication skills.
- Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow Platform, with a focus on Platform AI Search.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript frameworks such as Technically hands-on in UI frameworks like Angular, React with hands-on experience in HTML, CSS
- Create and configure workflows based on the business requirements and best practices.
- Perform integration between ServiceNow and other customer business systems.
