Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Data Scientist / Data Science Analyst with 3–5 years of experience to build predictive models, analyze complex datasets, and deliver actionable business insights. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in statistics, machine learning, Python, SQL, and data visualization, with the ability to solve real-world business problems using data-driven approaches.

Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data.
- Develop and deploy machine learning models for predictive analytics.
- Perform statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and exploratory data analysis (EDA).
- Build and optimize data pipelines for analytics and reporting.
- Write efficient SQL queries for data extraction and transformation.
- Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities.




- Monitor and improve model performance in production.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Statistics (Probability, Hypothesis Testing, Regression Analysis).
- Experience with Machine Learning algorithms (Supervised & Unsupervised Learning).
- Proficiency in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, Matplotlib).
- Strong SQL programming and data manipulation skills.
- Experience with Git and Streamlit.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Exposure to Deep Learning, NLP, or Generative AI is an added advantage.
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau is preferred.
