Job Role: Structural BIM Lead / Structural BIM Manager

Experience: 10 Years to 15 Years.

Education: ME or M Tech (Civil / Structural)

Location: Chennai
Mode of Work: Onsite- 5 days WFO

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Structural BIM Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a robust background in structural engineering with extensive

experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM). As the Structural BIM Manager, you

will be responsible for leading the BIM team, implementing BIM processes, and ensuring the

successful delivery of BIM projects.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Structural BIM team, providing guidance and mentorship to team members.
- Develop and implement BIM standards, protocols, and workflows to ensure consistency and efficiency across projects.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to define BIM requirements and deliverables for each project.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of BIM models, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements.




- Conduct regular model reviews and clash detection to identify and resolve design conflicts.
- Coordinate with external consultants and subcontractors to integrate their models into the overall BIM environment.
- Provide training and support to project teams on BIM software and methodologies.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in BIM technology, recommending tools and techniques to enhance productivity and quality.
- Act as a liaison between the BIM team and other stakeholders, fostering collaboration and communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in structural engineering with a focus on BIM.
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Google Sketchup, Navisworks, and BIM360.
- Experience leading BIM teams and managing multiple projects simultaneo
