As a Workday Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for end-to-end management of the Workday system, configuration, optimization, and ongoing maintenance of core modules: Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent and Performance (Positive to have). It also included the modules that may be adopted based on business development: Time Tracking, Absence Management etc. The consultant will work closely with functional leads and alignments with GFT(Global Functional Teams) to resolve issues, advise on best practices, and maintain strong customer relationships.



In-depth knowledge of Workday HCM & Recruiting, with the ability to diagnose and resolve configuration-related challenges. Strong understanding of Workday’s Business Process Framework Capable of configuring and optimizing Business Processes to align with evolving business needs. Proactive in identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing best practices
- You will be responsible for one or more of the following modules: Core HCM, Recruiting, and

Absence & Time tracking (good to have)
- As a Sr. Workday Consultant, you will provide daily support across multiple Workday modules, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and advising stakeholders.
- Engage proactively with Functional leads and GFT teams to understand issues, provide recommendations, and communicate solutions clearly.
