This role supports the ongoing development across the organization by executing learning programs and curating effective, role-relevant learning paths. This role directly contributes to driving performance, engagement, and a culture of continuous development.

The Principal Analyst – Learning & Development at AB InBev GCC is responsible for designing, delivering, and managing impactful learning experiences for employees. This includes executing end-to-end learning programs, managing learning platforms like Degreed and Workday Learning, and driving adoption through strategic communication.
