- Lead and manage a team of SDET engineers responsible for testing Java-based software applications and implementing DevOps practices.
- Develop and implement testing strategies, plans, and processes to ensure the quality and reliability of software products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and quality assurance teams, to define testing requirements and priorities.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in software testing, automation, and quality assurance methodologies.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test suites using Java-based testing tools and technologies.
- Mentor and coach team members to enhance their technical skills and proficiency in software testing.
- Conduct code reviews, performance evaluations, and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in software testing and quality assurance.




- Identify and address testing bottlenecks, issues, and challenges to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software products.
