- Monitor attendance, leave and sickness records, and reflect the same in payroll
- Audit timesheets accurately to ensure wages and benefits are properly distributed
- Research, analyze, and resolve all discrepancies, reporting to management as needed
- Monitor all accounts continually for accuracy
- Ensure accurate taxation is applied to each account
- Provide payroll information to accounts for timely preparation of pay check
- Participate in end-of-month closing and audits
- Prepare year-end leave, advantages and compensation reports
- Maintain regular communication with team leaders/Hods and management with regards to compensation, leave, sickness and other matters
- Communicate with HR teams to make necessary changes/updates to accounts
- Remain in compliance with all legal and institutional requirements at all times
- Ensure client privacy
Requirements
- Masters/Bachelors Degree in HRM or Diploma in T&D; or IR or equivalent required
- 3+ years experience working in payroll or similar role
- Excellent computer skills, including ERP software and Microsoft Office
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal in Hindi and English language (additional local language preferred)
