Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to manage end-to-end IT hiring. The
role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating with technical teams, and
ensuring timely closure of open positions while maintaining a strong candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

â Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for technical roles including developers,
designers, QA, and other IT profiles.

â Source candidates through job portals, social media, qualified networks, internal
referrals, and other hiring platforms.

â Conduct initial screenings, telephonic interviews, and virtual interviews to assess
technical understanding, communication skills, and cultural fit.

â Coordinate with technical and business teams to schedule interviews and align hiring
requirements.

â Maintain and manage candidate data using CRM/ATS software and ensure accurate
documentation.





â Draft and send professional recruitment-related emails including interview invites,
follow-ups, and offer communications.

â Drive timely closure of open positions while maintaining hiring quality and compliance
with hiring standards.

â Support candidate onboarding activities including documentation coordination and
joining formalities.

â Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future
requirements.

â Handle internal employee referral programs and ensure smooth referral hiring
processes.

â Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and hiring
status reports.

â Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

â 1.5+ years of experience in IT recruitment or technical hiring.
