Join our Digital Technology team and play a pivotal role in transforming enterprise finance through SAP S/4HANA. As a Senior Lead – Business Integration Analyst, you will partner with global business stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize SAP Finance & Controlling (FI/CO) solutions that enable operational excellence and drive business value.

What You Will Do
As a Senior Lead – Business Integration Analyst, you will:
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine business requirements for SAP Finance & Controlling initiatives.
- Translate business requirements into scalable SAP S/4HANA solution designs aligned with industry best practices.
- Configure and support SAP FI/CO modules while resolving functional and system-related issues.
- Lead and support financial month-end closing activities, including preparation and maintenance of the Financial Closing Cockpit.
- Participate in SAP S/4HANA implementation and conversion projects, including planning and executing cutover activities.
- Act as a trusted functional consultant during system analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate closely with ABAP developers, interface teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver integrated business solutions.
- Develop and maintain project dashboards, reports, and status updates to ensure effective project governance.
- Drive continuous process improvements by leveraging SAP best practices and emerging technologies.
