As a BIM Modeler, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of construction by creating detailed 3D models and leveraging the power of Building Information Modeling software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models for architectural, structural using Revit tool.
- Prepare layouts based on design and project requirements.
- Coordinate and integrate models from different disciplines to ensure design consistency and clash-free project delivery.
- Update, manage, and maintain BIM data throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring model accuracy and version control.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure BIM standards, workflows, and project requirements are met.
Requirements
- Diploma or B.Tech in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a BIM Modeler with a focus on ACS systems.
- Good attention to detail and ability to work in a team workplace.
