We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Lead Power BI Engineer with over six years of experience in business intelligence and data analytics. This role demands advanced proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and Excel, including the ability to build energetic visualizations from OLAP cubes within Excel. The ideal candidate will lead the development of scalable BI solutions, mentor junior team members, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights through Power BI and Excel-based reporting. Duties & Responsibilities

· Lead the design, development, and deployment of Power BI dashboards and reports · Expertise in SQL based data models and queries · Create advanced Excel reports and visualizations using pivot tables, Power Pivot, and cube functions · Build and maintain OLAP cube connections for Excel-based analysis · Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions · Ensure data accuracy,



consistency, and performance across reporting systems · Establish best practices for Power BI and Excel reporting, governance, and version control · Mentor and guide junior BI engineers and analysts · Stay current with BI trends and recommend tools and techniques to enhance reporting capabilities

Requirements
