3. Working Knowledge & Experience in
- Hydraulics & Pneumatics.
- Development of SPM’s & Process of proving out in SPM’s.
- Poka Yoke Vision system
- Fixture design & Assembly Tool design and selection
- Selection of Assembly power tools like DC Nut runners, electrical torque Wrenches.
- Development of Assembly test rigs using torque, flow & temperature sensors.
- APQP, PFMEA, operation flow stage drawing & SOP.
- SPM’s using load cell, LVDT & PLC (programme Logical Controller)
- Auto Cad, Solid Works, Excel & PPT.
