Responsible for managing subcontracting procurement activities, including sourcing subcontractors, issuing purchase orders,

coordinating material supply, tracking job work processes, and ensuring timely delivery of subcontracted products/services while

maintaining quality and cost objectives.
- Manage end-to-end subcontracting procurement processes and job work activities.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard subcontractors based on quality, capacity, cost, and delivery performance.
- Negotiate prices, contracts, and commercial terms with subcontractors.
- Raise and monitor subcontracting purchase orders and job work orders.
- Coordinate material dispatches to subcontractors and track material consumption.
- Follow up with subcontractors to ensure timely production and delivery schedules.
- Monitor inventory of materials issued for subcontracting and reconcile material returns.




- Work closely with Production, Planning, Quality, and Stores teams to meet operational requirements.
- Resolve issues related to quality, delivery delays, and subcontractor performance.
- Maintain procurement records, subcontractor agreements, and documentation.
- Conduct cost analysis and identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable statutory requirements.

Requirements
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION :
- BE /Diploma - Mechanical or a related field.
- 5-7+ years of industrial experience.
- Experience in procurement, subcontracting, or supply chain operations.
- Knowledge of manufacturing and job work environments is preferred
