Key Responsibilities
- Resolve technical and functional tickets related to iCIMS (L3 HR Functional Support) within agreed SLAs
- Design, configure, and implement solutions within the iCIMS platform
- Perform impact assessments across applications and third-party integrations.
- Participate in testing activities for upgrades, deployments, and implementations
- Create and maintain user guides for enhancements and system changes
- Conduct regional trainings for internal stakeholders as required
- Collaborate closely with HR users, BPDs, L2 regional teams, regional leaders, and iCIMS vendors
- Support end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test scripts and environment setup
- Partner with Product Owners and Business Process Drivers to deliver enhancements from the product backlog
- Communicate production issues and system changes to regions in a timely manner
- Manage global system governance and support regional L2 teams
- Monitor and improve effective usage of the iCIMS system

Requirements
Required Skills & Knowledge




- Strong working knowledge of iCIMS configurations and functionalities (or similar ATS)
- Subject matter expertise in end-to-end recruitment lifecycle processes
- Experience in handling complex customizations and application-level personalization
- Excellent communication skills with experience working in global stakeholder environments
- Strong consulting skills including fit-gap analysis and business analysis
- Knowledge of SDLC methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall

Qualifications
- Engineering / Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Applications
- 2–5 years of experience with Applicant Tracking Systems such as iCIMS, Greenhouse, Taleo, Workday ATS, BambooHR, Zoho Recruit, etc. (iCIMS preferred)
