Job Description:

Objectives of this role:

Develop and implement Account and Financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Prepare Account & Finance reports and forecasts, including balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements.
Monitor and manage the company’s budget, expenses and cash flow, ensuring that the financial targets are achieved.
Conduct financial analysis and research to support business decisions and identify areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash receipts.
Prepare and analyses financial statements, perform balance sheet and bank reconciliations, and provide financial reports to management and stakeholders.
Develop budgets, forecast financial performance, and analyses variances to help achieve company goals.
Coordinate with corporate tax departments to resolve international tax issues and ensure adherence to global financial policies and standards.
Manage global investments, currency exchange risks,



and relationships with international financial institutions.

Internal Controls:

Develop, implement, and monitor internal control policies to ensure compliance and safeguard assets.
Support internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation and liaising with auditors.
Timely payment of TDS, Prof tax, PF, etc and periodic return filing. Preparation of data for filing GST & TDS returns and payment on a timely basis.
Provide financial expertise and support to other departments to align their objectives with the company's financial goals.

Required Skills and Experience
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel is crucial.
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are needed to analyses complex financial information and present findings to diverse audiences.
