We are looking for a Credit Risk professional with hands-on experience in Business Loans underwriting and a valuable understanding of credit policy framework development. The role involves evaluating credit risk, supporting policy enhancement, and ensuring portfolio quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and underwrite Business Loans (secured/unsecured) as per credit policy
- Analyze financial statements, cash flows, and risk parameters
- Support credit policy formulation, review, and enhancements
- Monitor portfolio performance and flag early warning signals
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory guidelines
Requirements
Requirements:
- Experience in Credit Risk / Underwriting – Business Loans
- Awareness of credit policy frameworks & risk guidelines
- Strong analytical and financial analysis skills
- Prior experience with NBFC/Bank/FI preferred
Preferred:
- Local candidates or open to working from Thane
- Immediate to short notice preferred
