Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and finalize financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L;, Cash Flow).
- Manage statutory audits, internal audits, and ensure compliance with accounting standards (IND-AS / IFRS).
- Handle taxation matters, including GST, TDS, and Income Tax filings.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Ensure budgeting and forecasting processes are accurate and up to date.
- Monitor and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
- Maintain banking relationships, manage cash flow, and oversee fund management.
- Support financial planning, cost analysis, and internal control improvements.
- Stay updated with changes in financial regulations and tax laws.
- Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, and government authorities when required.
Qualifications & Skills:
- CA qualification from ICAI (mandatory).
- Minimum 11 years of post-qualification experience in accounting, audit, or finance.
- Solid knowledge of Tally / SAP / ERP systems and MS Excel.
- Excellent understanding of Indian accounting standards, tax laws, and compliance.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in [Industry e.g., Manufacturing, FMCG, Real Estate, IT, or Financial Services].
- Exposure to international accounting standards (IFRS) is an added advantage.
