POSITION SUMMARY




RAC is seeking a Senior Interface Developer to lead the technical integration build workstream on Oracle HCM implementations. You will architect the OIC solution, define build standards, review developer deliverables, manage the deployment pipeline, and act as the technical integration authority for both the delivery team and the client IT architecture team.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Architect the OIC integration solution — designing the connection strategy, error handling framework, lookup table structure, and OIC Project organisation that governs the entire integration landscape for the programme
- Define and enforce integration build standards — naming conventions, mandatory components per integration, XSL mapping standards, and the deployment checklist that every integration must pass before workplace promotion
- Build and review complex OIC integration flows — personally building the architecturally demanding integ
