Purpose of the Job:

To provide Strategic, Financial, Marketing & Operational Leadership for the Company. Analyze and make a recommendation to the Board of Directors on the impact of long-range growth initiatives, planning, and introduction of current strategies and regulatory actions

Key Accountabilities:
- Responsible for the overall P&L; of the Business, Establish the set-up, developing the Market, creating partnerships and building a team that serves customers.
- Develop and execute high-quality business strategies and plans that is aligned with short-term and long-term objectives.
- Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission.
- Developing and delivering strategy on Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing & Marketing through organization building, leading/driving change and with significant value creation.
- Evolve & Drive business strategy for growth and ensure segment-wise results for both top line & bottom line.




- Effective utilization of resources and managing quality, cost and manufacturing adherence through the support of business heads
- Partner with the Business and Technology leaders for Innovations and breakthroughs in new technology development.
- Improve the planning and budgeting process continually by educating departments and key members of the corporate leadership.
- Create, improve, implement, and enforce policies and procedures of the organization that will improve the operational and financial effectiveness of the company.
- Effective leadership build trust, Credibility, & Transparency across the stakeholders
- Evaluate the company's financial, operational, and sales and marketing structures to plan for continual improvements and a continual increase of operating efficiencies.
- Mentor and interact with members of staff at all levels to foster growth and encourage development among the senior executive team and all members of staff.
