Candle Electric Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a pioneer in smart electrical and home automation solutions, is seeking motivated Sales Engineers to join our team. The role involves promoting our range of smart home and electrical automation products while working closely with clients, dealers, and technical teams to ensure seamless project execution.

As a Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in helping customers understand and implement innovative smart automation solutions, while achieving sales targets and contributing to the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Consult with builders, architects, electricians, and end-users to identify automation opportunities and present tailored technical solutions.

Sales Execution: Promote the full range of smart home and electrical products to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

Technical Implementation:



Perform hands-on installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of IoT devices and system integrations.

Project Supervision: Oversee labour teams during large-scale installations to ensure technical quality and adherence to timelines.

Partner Support: Provide technical product information and troubleshooting assistance to dealers and channel partners.

Reporting & Documentation: Maintain detailed records of leads, site visits, and installations, providing weekly progress updates to the Kochi corporate office.

Market Presence: Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations at client meetings and project sites.

Education & Experience:
- Engineering or technical background preferred (Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical, or related fields).
- Freshers with a strong interest in sales and smart technology are welcome.
