The Global New Accounts & Underwriting organization supports the end-to-end underwriting lifecycle for American Express Corporate customers through specialized operational and underwriting support functions.
The Corporate Maintenance Team plays a critical role in supporting the corporate underwriting process by preparing, maintaining, and validating financial documentation and case information to support productive underwriting workflows. Corporate Specialists provide operational support that enables efficient case processing while maintaining high standards of quality, compliance, and customer experience.

As a globally aligned team, the Corporate Maintenance Team supports multiple markets across the American Express international footprint. Corporate Specialists are expected to develop cross-functional knowledge and the flexibility to support a variety of processes and regional business needs, helping ensure consistent service delivery across global markets while partnering effectively with stakeholders across multiple time zones.




This role is responsible for case preparation, document management, financial information validation, and workflow support for corporate customer accounts. Corporate Specialists help ensure cases are complete, accurate, and processed in accordance with established policies, procedures, and service level agreements, contributing to a seamless experience for customers and business partners.

To support the team's global responsibilities, this role requires flexibility to work either day shifts or mid-day shifts, based on business requirements and operational needs across multiple regions and time zones.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Process Corporate Maintenance requests and support corporate underwriting workflows within established service level agreements (SLAs).
- Prepare, maintain, and validate financial documentation and case information to ensure accurate and timely case process
