· Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform, specifically focusing on HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and IT Service Management (ITSM) modules.

· Configure ServiceNow HRSD and ITSM modules based on business requirements. Customize workflows, forms, and UI elements to enhance user experience and streamline processes.

· Integrate ServiceNow with other
HR and IT systems to ensure data consistency and smooth information flow. Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate HR and IT processes into a unified ServiceNow platform.

· Implement and maintain HRSD and ITSM modules, including Incident Management, Change Management, Request Fulfillment, Knowledge Management, and other
relevant modules.

· Work closely with HR and IT stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with broader organizational goals.

· Documentation: Create and
maintain documentation for ServiceNow configurations, customizations, and integrations.



Provide training to end-users and support teams as needed.

· Continuous Improvement: Stay
updated on ServiceNow platform updates and industry best practices. Propose and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize HRSD and ITSM processes.

Requirements
Qualifications:

· ServiceNow Expertise: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development, particularly in HRSD and ITSM modules.

· Development Skills: Proficiency
in scripting languages (JavaScript), ServiceNow APIs, and development best practices. Experience with UI Policies, Business Rules, and Client Scripts.

· HR and IT Knowledge: Understanding of HR and IT processes, including incident management, change management, and other relevant service management practices.

· Communication Skills: Robust communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate with both technical
and non-technical stakeholders to gather
