Role Description:
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a technology-driven industry. The Scrum Master is a leader and coach who facilitates, processes, and supports teams in delivering value. The candidate will have deep knowledge of Agile frameworks, strong facilitation skills, and experience working across cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of business-critical solutions. This person will guide teams through Scrum practices, coach stakeholders, and eliminate roadblocks to ensure smooth delivery cycles. The role involves facilitating communication and collaboration among teams, ensuring alignment with the program vision, managing risks and dependencies, and driving relentless improvement. They help adapt Secure to the organization’s needs, standardizing and documenting practices.
The ideal candidate will have strong business analysis skills and technical background in end-to-end software development lifecycle, proficiency in working with cross functional complex integration projects,



and ensuring compliance with privacy standards. The candidate should be a self-starter and have a strong passion for fostering innovation and excellence in the biotechnology industry.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead all Agile ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospectives) across one or more supply chain-focused product teams.
- Foster Agile discipline while ensuring flexibility to meet real-world operational demands.
- Use tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or ServiceNow Agile to manage backlogs, track progress, and resolve blockers.
- Promote Agile values and principles across teams and stakeholders.
- Act as a servant leader and coach for one or more Agile teams.
- Mentor team members on Agile/Scrum best practices, fostering continuous improvement and high team morale.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to groom and prioritize backlogs that address supply
