to drive property sales and client acquisition.
- Oversee client interactions from initial
contact to closing, ensuring personalized service, negotiation excellence, and
timely follow-ups to maximize conversions.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and




competitor activities to identify opportunities, forecast demand, and adjust
tactics for optimal results.
- Collaborate with marketing, finance, and
operations teams to align sales efforts with broader business objectives and
promotional activities.
- Monitor team performance through KPIs, conduct
regular performance reviews, and provide training to enhance skills in sales
techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with client
