Training Delivery & Facilitation:
- Ensure the implementation of standardized clinical practices across all clinics.
- Conduct structured training programs for nurses, technicians, and other point-of-care (POC) staff to meet clinical and organizational KPIs.
- Provide hands-on guidance to clinical staff to improve patient outcomes and reduce adverse events.
- Do clinic visits regularly on every month with prior tour plan in such a way to maintain work life balance.

Compliance Monitoring:
- Ensure all clinical staff are trained and certified in accordance with NABH, ISO, and other regulatory guidelines
- Identify and ensure to close any safety related NCs on time by coordinating with concern department/persons.

Clinical Outcomes Improvement & QIP:
- Collaborate with clinical managers to identify gaps in patient care and implement targeted training interventions.
- Monitor and analyse clinical outcomes such as Kt/V levels, hospitalization rates, and infection rates to ensure continuous improvement.

Quality Assurance Support:




- Do Audits as per Quality audit calendar by visiting centers, through which you can identify the areas of improvement in center and you can provide necessary support and trainings to staff of respective centers accordingly.
- Analyse the trend of incident reports, audits compliance, hospitalizations, mortality etc., to recommend and deliver targeted training to reduce cluster events, single patient events,

Stakeholder Collaboration & Patient Satisfaction
- Liaise with clinic managers, nephrologists, and corporate teams to align training needs with organizational goals.
- Contribute to business growth by enhancing patient retention and attracting current patients through consistent delivery of quality care.

Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain detailed records of training activities, attendance, certifications, evaluation reports and outcomes.
