This internship is designed for highly driven individuals who want real exposure to how businesses are built, sold, and scaled—not academic or dummy-task internships.

You will work directly with founders and business heads, taking ownership of real execution in a fast-moving environment.

Internship Overview

This is a commission-based, performance-linked internship where learning, ownership, and outcomes matter more than hours logged.





Final role allocation (Operations / Outreach / Partner Development) will be decided after onboarding, based on individual strengths and performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Execution & Business Support
- Work closely with founders and business heads on daily priorities
- Convert ideas, discussions, and plans into clear action items
- Track progress, follow up on tasks, and ensure execution closure
- Maintain internal trackers, dashboards, and documentation

2. Outreach & Growth Support
- Research potential clients, partners, agencies, accountants, and service firms
- Support structured outreach via Email, LinkedIn, and approved channels
- Follow up on conversations and assist in booking meetings
- Maintain lead and partner tracking systems

3. Partner & Ecosystem Support
- Assist in identifying potential partner firms and collaborators
- Coordinate introductory calls with approved partners
- Support partner onboarding
