Accountabilities:




- Team Leadership and Development: Lead, manage, and develop a team of DevOps/Platform Engineers, driving capability, engagement, performance, and delivery.
- Enterprise Platform Technical Leadership: Provide advanced technical leadership across enterprise engineering and DevOps platforms including GitHub, GitHub Actions, GitHub Co-Pilot, Jira, Confluence, SonarQube, and Jfrog Artifactory & Eco Systems.
- Operational Service Ownership: Own operational service delivery for supported platforms, ensuring reliability, supportability, and performance against agreed expectations and standards.
- Strategic Initiatives and Change Delivery: Lead upgrades, migrations, integrations, platform enhancements, and service improvements that reduce toil and increase developer productivity.
