Are you a Total Rewards qualified looking for an opportunity to drive meaningful change? Copeland has an exciting opportunity for you As the Regional Manager of Total Rewards for India, Middle East, and Africa,
you will play a key role in shaping and optimizing our global Total Rewards strategy. You will partner with other Total Rewards leaders to design competitive compensation and benefits programs, support transformation initiatives, and ensure that our offerings attract, retain, and motivate top talent. Reporting to the VP, Total Rewards, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive impactful changes in the total rewards space.
As Regional Manager of Total Rewards for IMEA, YOU WILL:
- Partner with the Global Total Rewards COE to design and implement compensation and benefits programs that align with business goals and market trends.
- Support transformation initiatives related to total rewards, ensuring they are data-driven, agile, and aligned with evolving business needs.
