About the Role
We are looking for a qualified and customer-focused Optometrist to join our retail stores in Bangalore. If you are passionate about eye care and delivering an excellent customer experience, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and vision tests
- Prescribe corrective lenses and provide expert eye care advice
- Assist customers in selecting suitable frames and lenses
- Identify eye health concerns and refer patients when necessary
- Maintain accurate patient records and reports
- Ensure hygiene standards, equipment calibration, and clinical compliance
- Support store sales by educating customers on lens options and upgrades
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience aligned with brand values
Requirements
Eligibility & Requirements
- Degree in Optometry (B.Optom / M.Optom / Diploma) is mandatory
- Valid certification/license to practice
- 0–5 years of experience (Freshers with strong fundamentals can apply)
- Good communication skills in English (local language is a plus)
- Customer-centric, professional, and detail-oriented
- Willingness to work in a retail/store setting
