Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation and configuration of software solutions as per client requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, Support) to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Understand business workflows and map them to system functionalities.
- Provide training, support, and documentation for clients during onboarding.
- Analyze data, prepare reports, and support project managers in execution.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and coordinate resolutions.
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of implementation tasks.
Requirements
Required Skills
- MBA in Operations, Systems, IT, Business Analytics, or related fields.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and client-interaction skills.
- Basic understanding of software systems, workflows, or technical concepts.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with SQL or any technical tools (added advantage).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
