Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Manager – API Partnerships to join our team. This is a strategic, revenue-driving role that requires a strong blend of business development expertise, partnership management, commercial acumen, and
technical understanding.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, scaling, and monetizing API-led partnerships that expand ekincare's ecosystem and unlock new revenue streams. You will work closely with insurers, TPAs, HRTech platforms, wellness providers, healthcare partners, and other ecosystem players to create seamless integrations and drive business growth.

As a key stakeholder, you will own the complete partnership lifecycle—from identifying opportunities and negotiating commercial agreements to launching integrations and ensuring long-term partner success. You will act as the bridge between external partners and internal teams,



including Product, Engineering, Operations, Legal, and Finance, ensuring alignment and successful execution.
