We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Sample Development Executive to coordinate and develop innovative home textile samples based on buyer requirements and market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

â Coordinate and manage sample development activities

â Develop samples as per buyer specifications & trends

â Work closely with merchandising, design & production teams

â Follow up on fabrics, trims, colors & product approvals

â Ensure timely sample submission and quality standards

â Maintain sample records, approvals & development timelines

â Coordinate with buyers for corrections and modifications

â Support product innovation and seasonal collection development

Requirements
Experience in Home Textile Sample Development / Merchandising
Knowledge of fabrics, stitching, trims & home textile products
Strong coordination and follow-up skills
Understanding of buyer requirements and product specifications




Attention to detail and quality standards
Valuable communication and teamwork ability
Basic MS Excel and reporting knowledge

Preferred Qualifications:
- Any Graduate / Textile-related qualification preferred
- Experience in home textiles, exports, or textile manufacturing industry preferred
