You will be the bridge between
client business needs and Zoho's powerful suite. From CRM to Books, People to
Projects — you will configure, customize, and deliver Zoho implementations that
actually work.
WHAT
YOU'LL DO
• Gather requirements and map client workflows to Zoho
modules
• Configure Zoho CRM, Books, People, Payroll, and other
apps
• Build automations, custom functions, and third-party
integrations
• Conduct UAT, training sessions, and go-live support
WHAT
WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• 1–2 years’ experience with Zoho One or any Zoho product
• Strong analytical and client-facing communication
skills
