Business Unit: Credit and Fraud Risk (CFR) is a global function, responsible for making the right credit and fraud risk decisions that uphold operational excellence, drive growth, and accelerate innovation across American Express. CFR combines technology and infrastructure with new computing techniques to make better risk decisions and provide real-time customer communications and fraud servicing.

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Associate Product Analyst to join our Global Data Reporting ecosystem, with a focus on Outbound Customer Data Bureau Reporting across credit products.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional setting and is passionate about building accurate, compliant, and scalable data reporting products that directly impact customer credit profiles and regulatory obligations.
As an Associate Product Analyst, you will support the end-to-end product lifecycle for outbound reporting solutions, ensuring data integrity, regulatory compliance, and seamless integration with bureau systems.



You will work closely with product leaders, engineering, compliance, and data teams to deliver high-quality reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

Own product strategy and execution for Outbound Customer Data Bureau Reporting, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to credit bureaus.
- Define and prioritize features, user stories, and backlogs aligned with regulatory requirements (e.g., credit reporting standards), business goals, and customer impact.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, data, compliance, risk, analytics) to design and implement reporting pipelines and validation frameworks.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across systems, especially in customer dispute and fraud scenarios.
- Analyze pre- and post-reporting metrics, reconciliation reports, and error trends to drive continuous improvements.
