For leading Life Insurance company, a digital business expert required to carry out benchmarking of and assisting with implementation of digital initiatives
- Understand best Digital Practises in the BFSI industry – specifically in Life Insurance
- Update the IT and Digital Team and relevant Senior Management on such practises specifically on Sales Efficiency, Customer Experience, Cost Savings
- Help in implementation of identified Digital projects for the year
- Process Documentation
- Organise/Lead stakeholder discussions
- Get requisite sign-offs from Management
- Track timelines and ensure fulfilment on time and within budget
- Ensure various Digital initiatives are aligned to the overall Company Strategy
- Identifying opportunities and drive business partnership through digital space
This is a contract assignment.
Expected to 3-4 months in duration. Can be extended on mutual agreement
