Responsibilities

- Conduct regular inspections of our restaurants to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies
- Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for corrective action
- Collaborate with restaurant managers and staff to implement changes and ensure compliance
- Develop and maintain relationships with local health and safety authorities to stay up-to-date on regulations and best practices




- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and provide feedback to restaurant managers
- Participate in training and development programs to stay current on industry trends and best practices
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspections and findings

Requirements
Requirements:

- ${Experience} years of experience in the food industry, preferably in a quality control or inspection role
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in food science, hospitality, or related field preferred
- Certification in food safety and handling (e.g. Food Safety Manager Certification)

- Solid attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
