Summary:

This role is pivotal in driving sustainable revenue growth by designing and executing integrated digital and retail fundraising strategies. The ideal candidate will lead cross-channel initiatives that seamlessly connect online engagement with on-ground donor acquisition, ensuring maximum impact across all touchpoints. By leveraging data-driven insights, optimizing donor journeys, and managing a network of vendors and teams, this position plays a critical role in expanding donor bases, improving conversion efficiency, and achieving ambitious revenue targets. The successful applicant will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in performance marketing, donor engagement, and integrated campaign management.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement cohesive digital and retail fundraising strategies to maximize reach and revenue.
- Set and track monthly and quarterly revenue targets across digital and on-ground channels.
- Identify and execute opportunities to convert digital traffic into retail engagement and vice versa.




- Manage end-to-end online fundraising campaigns across website, email, social media, and paid advertising platforms.
- Optimize donation funnels, landing pages, and user experiences to improve conversion rates and reduce drop-offs.
- Monitor and enhance key performance metrics including conversion rate, cost per acquisition (CPA), and campaign ROI.
- Plan and lead high-impact fundraising activities at malls, kiosks, events, and other high-footfall locations.
- Drive face-to-face donor acquisition and ensure consistent achievement of retail revenue goals.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard current retail locations and strategic partnerships.
- Manage relationships with digital agencies, media partners, and third-party vendors.
- Train and support on-ground teams on campaign messaging, donor engagement techniques, and performance standards.
- Ensure alignment between digital and retail campaigns through coordinated planning and execution
