A high-growth SaaS company in the HR Tech / Talent Acquisition sector building an AI-powered Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for enterprise customers. We deliver data-driven hiring workflows, candidate matching and automation using GenAI to accelerate recruiter productivity. This role is full-time, on-site in Bangalore, for experienced engineers (3–7 years) with a competitive compensation band of 20–25 LPA.

Role & Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end feature delivery across database ➤ backend ➤ frontend: define requirements, design, implement, test and ship high-quality releases.
- Design and develop Django back-end services: REST/GraphQL APIs, ORM modeling, background/async tasks, authentication and integration points.
- Build responsive React front-end components using hooks, predictable state management and component architecture for scalable UIs.
- Design PostgreSQL schemas, write performant queries, implement indexing and optimize query plans to support high-concurrency workloads.




- Integrate GenAI capabilities: orchestrate LLM APIs, craft and tune prompts, implement LangChain-based pipelines, RAG workflows and embedding-based search.
- Collaborate with product, ML and QA teams to define API contracts, ship CI-driven releases and maintain production reliability and observability.
