ï· Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into functional specifications for Oracle systems.

ï· Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units, facilitating effective communication and understanding of Oracle-related projects.

ï· Conduct gap analyses to determine the discrepancies between current and desired Oracle system functionalities.

ï· Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, specifications, and user guides.

ï· Provide training and support to users on Oracle systems, ensuring a smooth transition and adoption of current processes.

ï· Monitor Oracle system performance and collaborate with IT teams to resolve any issues or challenges.





ï· Stay updated on the latest Oracle technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements and enhancements.

ï· Participate in the planning and execution of Oracle system upgrades or migrations.

ï· Prepare and present reports to stakeholders on the progress, outcomes, and ROI of Oracle initiatives.

Requirements
ï· B. Tech in any Specialization or MCA

ï· 3 - 7 years of experience in Oracle Application EBS.

ï· Good Functional Knowledge of Oracle EBS modules

ï· Functional Communication Skills

Desirable

ï· Proven track record as an Oracle Implementation consultant

ï· Certification will be an added advantage
