The HR Business Partner will be responsible for managing
end-to-end human resource operations for Skylok Aviation, supporting
organisational growth while ensuring compliance with applicable labour laws,
aviation regulatory requirements, and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage
end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical aviation roles
- Coordinate
onboarding, induction, and employee documentation
- Implement
and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook
- Manage
employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
- Support
performance management, appraisals, and employee engagement initiatives
- Ensure
statutory and labour law compliance (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc., as




applicable)
- Support
DGCA-related documentation and background verification for nominated post
holders
- Act as
a point of contact for employee relations, grievances, and HR queries
- Coordinate
training, compliance briefings, and internal audits when required
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in
all HR matters

Requirements
- Graduate
/ Postgraduate in Human Resources, Management, or related field
- Experience
in Aviation / FTO / Regulated Industry preferred
