Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales professional to join our growing sales team in the IT and cloud services domain. This role is pivotal in driving new business growth by generating qualified leads, managing inbound and outbound sales activities, and nurturing prospects through the sales funnel. The ideal candidate will be adept at leveraging multiple channels—including cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn engagement, marketing campaigns, and partner referrals—to identify and convert opportunities in the SaaS, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and IT services space. You will play a key role in supporting customer acquisition, renewals, upsells, and cross-sells while collaborating closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams. With a strong focus on discipline, follow-up, and performance,

Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through strategic use of outbound calls, personalized email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, database research, and partner referrals.
- Manage and prioritize inbound leads from marketing campaigns, events, and website inquiries with timely follow-ups and qualification.
- Conduct discovery calls and initial consultations to assess customer needs and match them with appropriate IT, cloud, SaaS, or cybersecurity solutions.
- Prepare and deliver basic sales proposals, quotations, and documentation tailored to prospect requirements.
