We operate a large portfolio of international healthcare websites serving a global audience. We are seeking an experienced CRM & Email Marketing Specialist to join our team and work closely with colleagues in India and London.

You will work directly with the CRM Manager to drive our retention efforts. Your primary focus will be turning strategies into action—managing our monthly email calendar, engaging existing customers, and building automation flows. However, this is not just a "task-based" role; we need someone who can also analyse the data, identify new opportunities, and proactively suggest ways to improve our results.

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Execution & Team Collaboration
- Execute and deploy email campaigns across our diverse portfolio of international websites.
- Coordinate with the Design team to ensure assets are ready and align with the brief.
- Work with the QA and Product teams to test every link, code snippet, and subject line before sending.
- Monitor daily deliverability and inbox placement to ensure emails are not being sent to spam.




- Ensure all campaigns are delivered on schedule with 100% accuracy.

2. Automation & Workflow Management
- Build and configure automated email flows (e.g., Welcome series, Abandoned Cart, Win-back) using our marketing platform.
- Collaborate with the Development team to ensure that data triggers (such as order reminder dates) are working correctly.
- Regularly audit active workflows to ensure they are running smoothly and generating sales.
- Identify gaps in the current lifecycle and suggest current automation ideas to improve retention.

3. Data, Retention & Reporting
- Create precise customer segments to ensure the right message reaches the right audience.
- Analyse customer behaviour to understand why users churn and help us refine our retention strategy.
- Track performance metrics (Open Rates, Click Rates, Revenue) and report findings to the management.
- Proactively monitor results and recommend changes
